The Big Easy, a Cajun Experience with Uva Furem

Our in house chef Jimmy knocked it out of the park for the Italian dinner, and this time we are headed to The Big Easy!  

This multi course dinner will be paired with one of our favorites; Uva Furem Winery!  Jens Hansen will be joining us to pour his wines and spice up the night!

We'll be serving this feast family style so get ready to meet some new friends!  And the ticket price is $125 but as always we are only asking for a non-refundable deposit up front of $75 and the remaining $50 will be charged after the dinner.

Wine Club members will receive 30% off all Uva Furem glass-pours and bottles ordered during the dinner. 

Menu:

Honey Jalapeno cheddar cornbread served with Honey Butter

Appetizer: Alligator boudin balls and fried green tomatoes, hand breaded green tomatoes seasoned in buttermilk and Cajun seasoning served with a red pepper remoulade

Salad: Louisiana Sunburst Salad, port soaked cranberries, black and blue cheese, carnalized walnuts, toasted almonds, on a bed of crunch mixed greens served with a sweet and spicy raspberry vinaigrette

Entrée: New Orleans Creole Cajun Gumbo, marinated chicken thighs, andouille sausage, and crawfish seasoned in a creole seasoned tomato sauce thickened with a browned roux served over rice
