A 4-course feast featuring everything you love about Thanksgiving but without the clean up - from flavors of pumpkin, turkey (of course), local delicacies like oysters and seasonal vegetables, pecan tarts and exceptional wine pairings… (see sample menu below)
*Vegetarian menu features wild mushroom wellington with red wine reduction & parsnip purée.
Seating is promptly at 4pm

First Course — Amuse & Starter
Pumpkin Velouté
Silky pumpkin soup with brown butter crème fraîche, toasted pepitas, and sage oil drizzle.
(Pair with: NV Champagne Chassenay d'Arce Cuvee Premiere Brut)

Local oysters baked with Pernod cream, spinach, and crispy pancetta crumble.
Second Course — The Garden
Autumn Harvest Salad
Little gem lettuce, roasted delicata squash, shaved fennel, candied walnuts, and chèvre (goat
cheese).
Apple cider vinaigrette & a whisper of truffle honey.

Third Course — The Feast
Maple Brined Heritage Turkey
Confit leg & roasted breast with black truffle gravy, sage stuffing, and cranberry gastrique.
Served with:
 Yukon Gold potato purée with roasted garlic & mascarpone
 Charred Brussels sprouts with pancetta & pomegranate molasses
(Pair with 2024 Matteo Ascheri Verduno Pelaverga)

Fourth Course — The Finale
Bourbon Pecan Tart
