AN EVENING WITH AN ITALIAN WINEMAKER

Winemaker Antonio Sanguineti is coming to Bordeaux for an evening full of wine and food! We will be serving an Italian themed 5 course dinner each paired with a specific wine from Italy. Antonio will be there to discuss the wines and enjoy the evening with you all.
Antipasti Skewers
Delicious, marinated vegetables with various cheese, tortellini and olives. Italian
Stracciatella Soup
Shredded chicken, tender spinach, and peas in an egg and chicken stock. Finished with Romano cheese.
Prosciutto and Grilled Peach Salad
Thinly sliced prosciutto with grilled peaches, candied walnuts and fresh burrata mozzarella. Finished with a zesty raspberry dressing.
3 Meats Stuffed Italian Shells
Wild Boar is combined with zesty ground sausage, beef and creamy ricotta cheese and placed indelicate pasta shells. Topped with a creamy, house made vodka sauce.
House Made Tiramisu
Sweet lady fingers soaked in coffee liquor and espresso, layered with whipped cream and ricotta. Finished with rich cocoa powder.
Please note, some tables will be served Family Style. To make room for everyone in this event, a select number of tables will be set for six, so if you want to reserve a full table please order 6 tickets at a time, or let us know who you want to be seated with. This will be a great way to meet new friends and enjoy some delicious food and wine! Please let us know if you'd prefer not to be seated at a communal table and we will do our best to accommodate.
Tickets are $150 each, but to reserve your spot we only require a non-refundable deposit of $75. The remainder of your ticket charge will be collected after the dinner.
